If you love baked pasta dishes but want something with a little twist, this Easy Baked Spaghetti Pie Recipe will quickly become a favorite.
Ingredients
- 6 oz spaghetti noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or tomato pasta sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream (or ricotta cheese)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley or basil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or round baking pan.
Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Add pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan. Add cooked spaghetti and toss until evenly coated. Press the mixture into the greased pan to form a “crust.”
Spread sour cream (or ricotta) over the spaghetti crust. Pour the beef and tomato mixture on top. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.

- Garnish with fresh herbs or red pepper flakes for extra flavor
- Pair with a glass of Chianti or iced tea for a complete meal
