If you’re looking for easy Easter treats that are crunchy, sweet, and completely addictive, this Easter Puff Corn recipe is perfect!

Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 (8 oz) bag puff corn (butter-flavored or plain)
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or coconut oil (for smoother melting)
  • ½ cup Easter M&Ms or pastel-colored chocolate candies
  • ¼ cup sprinkles (pastel or Easter-themed)
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • ¼ cup crushed pretzels (optional, for a salty-sweet combo)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Puff Corn

  1. Pour the puff corn into a large mixing bowl and set aside.

Step 2: Melt the White Chocolate

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and vegetable oil.
  2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted and smooth.
  3. If using a double boiler, melt the chocolate over simmering water, stirring continuously.

Step 3: Coat the Puff Corn

  1. Pour the melted white chocolate over the puff corn.
  2. Gently toss with a spatula until all the puff corn is evenly coated.

Step 4: Add the Easter Decorations

  1. Spread the coated puff corn onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle with Easter M&Ms, pastel sprinkles, mini marshmallows, and crushed pretzels (if using).

Step 5: Let It Set & Serve

  1. Let the puff corn cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, or place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to speed up the setting process.
  2. Once the chocolate is firm, break into pieces and serve in a large bowl or package in treat bags for gifts!

Notes

  • Use coconut oil – Helps the chocolate melt smoother and prevents clumping.
  • Don’t overheat the chocolate – Stir frequently to avoid burning.
  • Add extra colors – Drizzle with melted pink, blue, or yellow candy melts for a more festive look.
