- 4 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 1 cup pretzels (mini twists or sticks)
- 1 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs
- 1 cup Easter M&Ms (pastel colors)
- 12 oz white chocolate chips or candy melts
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable oil (for smooth melting)
- ¼ cup spring-colored sprinkles
Step 1: Prepare the Dry Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Chex cereal and pretzels.
- Add Cadbury Mini Eggs and Easter M&Ms, and set aside.
Step 2: Melt the White Chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
- Alternatively, melt the chocolate using a double boiler over low heat.
Step 3: Coat the Chex Mix
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the Chex mix.
- Gently stir with a spatula until everything is evenly coated.
Step 4: Add Sprinkles & Let Set
- Spread the coated mix onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Immediately top with spring-colored sprinkles for a festive touch.
- Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes or refrigerate for 10 minutes to harden.
