  • 1 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs
  • 1 cup Easter M&Ms (pastel colors)
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable oil (for smooth melting)
  • ¼ cup spring-colored sprinkles

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dry Ingredients

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Chex cereal and pretzels.
  2. Add Cadbury Mini Eggs and Easter M&Ms, and set aside.

Step 2: Melt the White Chocolate

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
  2. Alternatively, melt the chocolate using a double boiler over low heat.

Step 3: Coat the Chex Mix

  1. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the Chex mix.
  2. Gently stir with a spatula until everything is evenly coated.

Step 4: Add Sprinkles & Let Set

  1. Spread the coated mix onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Immediately top with spring-colored sprinkles for a festive touch.
  3. Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes or refrigerate for 10 minutes to harden.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy

  1. Once the chocolate is set, break the mix into pieces and serve in bowls or Easter treat bags!
