  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup (60g) powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Green food coloring
  • Shredded coconut (optional, for “grass” effect)
  • Mini chocolate eggs, jelly beans, or pastel sprinkles

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin with non-stick spray.

Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3: Cream the Butter and Sugar

In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).

Step 4: Add the Egg and Flavoring

Mix in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract, beating until well combined.

Step 5: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
