 - 2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
 - 1 cup (240g) sour cream
 - 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed (or stabilized whipped cream)
 - Optional toppings: fruit preserves, caramel drizzle, or fresh berries
 
Instructions
- Make the crust: Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix with brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter until well combined.
 - Press bottom layer: Reserve 1 to 1.5 cups for the topping. Press the rest firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Chill for 20 minutes.
 - Prepare filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix until fluffy. Blend in vanilla and sour cream. Gently fold in whipped topping until combined.
 - Assemble: Spread filling evenly over chilled crust. Sprinkle reserved crust mixture on top and lightly press.
