Description

If you’ve ever wished for a rich, fudgy brownie you could enjoy without any guilt, these Zero-Sugar Greek Yogurt Brownies are here to make your dessert dreams come true.

Ingredients

Scale

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or low-fat)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup almond flour (or oat flour)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ⅓ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional, but recommended)

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter swirl
  • Pinch of espresso powder for richer flavor

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and prep
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line your baking pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.

Step 2: Mix wet ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

Step 3: Add dry ingredients
Add almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, salt, and baking powder to the bowl. Stir until fully combined. The batter will be thick.

Step 4: Fold in chocolate chips
If using, fold in sugar-free chocolate chips for that melty, decadent bite.

Step 5: Transfer and bake
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.

Step 6: Cool and slice
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing. This helps them firm up and gives you those clean, beautiful edges.

Notes

  • Use room temperature ingredients to help the batter mix smoothly.
  • Don’t overbake – slightly underbaked brownies will finish setting as they cool and stay fudgy inside.
  • Almond flour creates a soft texture – but if you prefer a more traditional crumb, try a mix of almond and oat flour.
