Ingredients
3 cups (710 ml) orange juice, chilled 2 cups (475 ml) pineapple juice, chilled 1 cup (240 ml) cranberry juice, chilled 1 cup (240 ml) sparkling water or ginger ale, chilled 1 orange, thinly sliced (for garnish) 1 lemon, thinly sliced (for garnish) 1 cup (150 g) fresh berries (like strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries) 1 handful of fresh mint leaves (optional) Ice, as needed
Instructions
1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine orange juice, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice. Stir well to mix and chill for at least 30 minutes. 2. Just before serving, add sparkling water or ginger ale and stir gently. 3. Add ice, citrus slices, berries, and mint leaves to garnish. 4. Ladle into glasses, making sure each gets some fruit and mint. Serve immediately.
