Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken & Sauce: Add chicken to the Crockpot. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Cook: Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2.5–3 hours.
  3. Shred Chicken: Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return it to the Crockpot.
  4. Thicken Sauce: Mix cornstarch and water, stir into Crockpot, and cook on HIGH for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Serve: Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
