  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening sauce)

Instructions

  1. Sear the meat (optional): Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  2. Layer ingredients: Place onions and garlic in the bottom of the crockpot, then lay steak on top.
