Instructions
- Add potatoes and garlic: Place chopped potatoes and smashed garlic into the crockpot. Pour broth over the top.
- Cook: Cover and cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours or LOW for 6–7 hours, until potatoes are very tender.
- Mash and mix: Add butter and mash directly in the crockpot. Stir in sour cream and gradually add milk until creamy and smooth.
- Season and serve: Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with herbs if desired and keep warm until serving.
