2 lbs beef stew meat (or sirloin tips, cubed)
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 ½ cupsbeef broth
1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1 teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoononion powder
½ teaspoonblack pepper
1 tablespooncornstarch + 2 tablespoons water (for thickening, optional)
Egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice (for serving)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Cut beef stew meat into bite-sized chunks, if needed.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown gravy mix, ranch seasoning mix, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Step 2: Slow Cook the Beef Tips
Place beef tips in the crockpot.
Pour the gravy mixture over the beef, ensuring all pieces are coated.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours, until the beef is tender.
Step 3: Thicken the Gravy (Optional)
If the gravy is too thin, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water.
Stir into the crockpot and cook for 15 more minutes until thickened.
