Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Step 2: Slow Cook the Beef Tips
- Place beef tips in the crockpot.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the beef, ensuring all pieces are coated.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours, until the beef is tender.

- If the gravy is too thin, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water.
- Stir into the crockpot and cook for 15 more minutes until thickened.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
- Serve over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice.
- Garnish with fresh parsley for extra flavor.
Notes
- Use the right cut of beef – Beef stew meat, sirloin tips, or chuck roast work best.
- Low and slow is key – Cooking on LOW for 6-8 hours makes the beef incredibly tender.
- For extra richness – Stir in ½ cup sour cream before serving.
