If you’re looking for crispy roasted cauliflower recipes that are flavorful, easy to make, and irresistibly crunchy

Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cumin (optional, for extra warmth)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (for extra crispiness, optional)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for a cheesy twist)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for a bright finish)
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare the Baking Sheet

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Step 2: Season the Cauliflower

  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese (if using), then toss to coat evenly.

Step 3: Roast the Cauliflower

  1. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  2. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Step 4: Finish & Serve

  1. Remove from oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cauliflower.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use high heat – Roasting at 425°F (220°C) helps achieve the crispiest texture.
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan – Give each floret space to crisp up instead of steaming.
  • Add breadcrumbs for extra crunch – Panko creates a crispy coating.
