Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and set a cooling rack on a rimmed baking sheet. 2. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl. 3. Drizzle wings with olive oil, then add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and baking powder (if using). Toss until evenly coated. 4. Arrange wings in a single layer on the cooling rack, leaving space between each. 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Broil an additional 2-3 minutes if desired for extra crispiness. 6. Remove from oven, let rest a few minutes, and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
