  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them in half for even cooking.

3️⃣ Chop the bacon into small pieces to allow it to crisp up and distribute evenly.

Step 2: Season the Potatoes

1️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.

2️⃣ Spread the potatoes out on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.

3️⃣ Scatter the chopped bacon evenly over the potatoes.

Step 3: Roast to Perfection
