			For the Deviled Eggs:
- 6 large eggs
 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
 - 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
 - Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Eyeball Decoration:
- Black olives, sliced into rings for pupils
 - Ketchup or red gel food coloring for veins
 - Green or blue food coloring (optional, for yolk tint)

Instructions
- Boil eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit 10–12 minutes. Cool in an ice bath before peeling.
 - Slice and scoop: Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks into a bowl.
 - Prepare filling: Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add a drop of green or blue food coloring if desired.
 - Pipe filling: Spoon or pipe mixture back into egg whites.
 - Create pupils: Top each filled egg with a black olive slice in the center.
 - Add veins: Use a toothpick dipped in ketchup or red food coloring to draw “veins” outward for a bloodshot look.
 - Chill and serve: Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
- For a spookier effect, tint the yolk mixture green or blue.
 - Use red gel food coloring for more vivid “bloodshot” veins.
 - Make dairy-free by swapping mayo for mashed avocado or hummus.
 - Prep ahead: Store egg whites and yolk filling separately, then assemble before serving.
 - Best eaten the same day but can be stored up to 2 days in the fridge.
