Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onion for 3–4 minutes, add garlic, and sauté 30 seconds.
- Brown Turkey: Add ground turkey, breaking it apart. Cook 5–6 minutes until no longer pink. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Create Sauce Base: Sprinkle flour over turkey mixture, stir to coat. Pour in chicken broth, Worcestershire, and Dijon. Simmer 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add Sour Cream: Reduce heat to low, stir in sour cream until smooth and creamy. Do not boil.
- Combine and Serve: Toss noodles with sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

- For Crockpot: Brown turkey and onion, then add to slow cooker with broth, Worcestershire, mustard, and spices. Cook on Low 4–5 hours. Stir in sour cream before serving.
