- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper; sauté for 5–6 minutes until soft. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute.
- Add ground turkey. Break it apart and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute to toast the spices.
- Add pumpkin puree, diced tomatoes, beans, and broth. Stir well to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in Greek yogurt or coconut milk for added creaminess, if using. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve warm with garnishes like cilantro, avocado, or shredded cheese.

- Use 100% pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
