Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.

- Cook the Mushrooms: Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 6–8 minutes until browned and moisture has evaporated.
- Make the Cream Sauce: Pour in heavy cream, add thyme, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Combine: Add cooked pasta and reserved water to the skillet. Toss until pasta is coated and sauce is smooth.
- Serve: Top with parmesan and parsley. Serve warm.
