- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (or almond flour for keto)
- Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions
- Prep the mushrooms: Clean the mushroom caps with a damp paper towel. Remove stems and scrape out gills. Brush lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
