							Scale

			- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
 - 6 oz (170g) lump crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation)
 - 1 clove garlic, minced
 - 2 green onions, finely chopped
 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
 - 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - 24 wonton wrappers
 - 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
 - Neutral oil for frying (canola or vegetable)
 - Optional garnishes: sesame seeds, chopped chives, sweet chili sauce

Instructions
- Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
 - Assemble the rangoons: Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Brush edges with beaten egg and fold diagonally into a triangle or bring corners together for a pouch. Seal tightly.
 - Heat oil: In a skillet or deep pan, heat 2 inches of oil to 350°F (175°C).
 - Fry: Fry 3–4 rangoons at a time for about 2 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
 - Drain: Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
 - Serve: Enjoy warm with sweet chili sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes
- Drain crab meat well to avoid watery filling.
 - Seal edges firmly to prevent leaks during frying.
 - For a lighter option, bake at 400°F (205°C) for 12–15 minutes or air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes.
 - Test one rangoon first to adjust seasoning and check oil temperature.
 - Serve with multiple dipping sauces like sweet chili, soy garlic glaze, or spicy mayo.
