Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add cotton candy flavoring and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Step 3: Add the Colors & Swirl
- Divide the cheesecake batter into two bowls.
- Add pink food coloring to one bowl and blue food coloring to the other, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Spoon alternating colors into the crust, creating layers.
- Use a toothpick or knife to gently swirl the colors for a marble effect.
Step 4: Chill & Set
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
Step 5: Decorate & Serve
- Before serving, top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and pieces of cotton candy.

Notes
- Use gel food coloring – Liquid food coloring can thin the batter too much.
