Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (for greasing the pan)
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- Graham crackers (for dipping)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven
Set your oven to 450°F (230°C) and allow it to fully preheat while you prepare the dip.
2. Grease your pan
Rub a small amount of butter on the bottom and sides of a 9-inch oven-safe skillet, pie dish, or baking pan to prevent sticking.
3. Add chocolate
Pour the chocolate chips into the bottom of the prepared dish and spread them into an even layer.
4. Top with marshmallows
Sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the chocolate chips, covering the surface entirely.
5. Bake
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 6–8 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffed up and golden brown. Keep a close eye—marshmallows can brown quickly!
6. Serve immediately
Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Serve warm with graham crackers for dipping.
