Instructions

- Brush and Coat: Use a pastry brush to coat both sides of the tortilla pieces with melted butter. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar mix.
- Bake: Place in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and golden.
- Cool: Let chips cool on a wire rack—they’ll crisp further as they cool.
