Cinnamon Swirl:

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Whisk Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix eggs, oil, milk, sugars, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine: Add wet to dry and stir just until combined.
