  • 1 large egg

  • 1 cup powdered sugar, for rolling

Instructions

  1. Beat softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.

  5. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  6. Roll 1-inch dough balls in powdered sugar.
  7. Place 2 inches apart and slightly flatten.

  9. Cool 2 minutes on pan, then transfer to wire rack.
