Instructions

- Fold in any optional add-ins like nut butter, cinnamon, or protein powder.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or chocolate level as desired.
- Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container and spread evenly.
- Freeze for 1.5 to 2 hours or until firm enough to scoop.
- Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping and serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat yogurt for the creamiest result—nonfat can turn icy.
- Don’t skip sweetener—unsweetened cocoa is very bitter on its own.
- To make scoopable long term, cover surface with plastic wrap before sealing.
- Freeze no more than 2 hours to avoid over-hardening.
