  • 23 cups fresh baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Halve them horizontally for quicker cooking.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
