Instructions
- Cook chicken: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add aromatics: Stir in garlic and ginger. Cook for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
- Add vegetables: Add shredded cabbage and carrots. Cook 4–5 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
- Season: Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Finish: Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions.
