Ingredients
For the Casserole Base:

- 1 ½ cups diced ham
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (or mozzarella for a milder flavor)
For the Creamy Sauce:
- 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
- 1 cup heavy cream (or canned cream of chicken soup for extra richness)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Crunchy Topping:
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or panko breadcrumbs)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ¼ teaspoon paprika (for a golden topping)
Optional Garnishes:
- VFresh parsley, chopped
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, and shredded Swiss cheese. Spread evenly into the baking dish.
In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Pour this sauce evenly over the chicken and ham mixture.
In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and paprika. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
