Instructions

  2. Blend Mixture: In a food processor, combine broccoli, chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, cheese (if using), and garlic powder. Pulse until combined but still slightly chunky.
  3. Shape Nuggets: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture, shape into nuggets or patties, and place on a lined tray.
  4. Bake or Pan-Fry:
    • Bake: Brush with olive oil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
    • Pan-fry: Cook in skillet with olive oil, 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  5. Cool & Serve: Ensure nuggets are soft and safe to chew before serving to babies.
