Description
There’s something irresistible about warm, flaky crescent rolls fresh out of the oven. Add tender chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and gooey cheese to the mix, and you have a recipe that’s pure comfort food magic.
Ingredients
- 1 package crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
Carefully roll up each crescent, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the point, encasing the filling inside.
Place the stuffed crescents on the prepared baking sheet, point side down.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
Let cool slightly before garnishing with chopped parsley, if desired.
Serve warm for maximum melty goodness!
Notes
- Use Rotisserie Chicken: Save time by using pre-cooked rotisserie chicken.
- Seal Carefully: Pinch the dough gently around the filling to help prevent leaks during baking.
- Flavor Boost: Add a sprinkle of Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes to the filling for a little extra punch.
