Description
When you’re craving comfort food with a fun, shareable twist, look no further than Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs.
Ingredients
Main Ingredients:
- 1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits (8-count, not flaky layers)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 32 slices of pepperoni (4 per pizza bomb)
- ½ cup pizza or marinara sauce (plus more for dipping)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Chopped parsley or basil, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
Add a spoonful of marinara or pizza sauce to the center of each biscuit, followed by 4 slices of pepperoni and a generous pinch of mozzarella cheese.
Gather the edges of the biscuit around the filling and pinch tightly to seal. Roll gently between your hands to form a smooth ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush the tops of each pizza bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
Garnish with chopped parsley or basil and serve immediately with Hidden Valley Ranch or extra pepperoni pizza dip on the side.
Notes
- Don’t overfill: Too much sauce or cheese will make it hard to seal and cause leaks.
- Seal tightly: Pinch and smooth the dough to avoid explosions in the oven.
- Use parchment paper: Keeps bottoms from burning and makes cleanup easy.
