Ingredients
2 large whole-wheat tortillas 4 ounces sliced roasted turkey breast 4 strips cooked bacon ½ avocado, sliced ½ cup shredded lettuce ½ medium tomato, thinly sliced 2 slices cheddar or provolone cheese 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt Salt and pepper, to taste Optional: sprouts or microgreens Optional: thinly sliced cucumber or red onion Optional: a dash of hot sauce or Dijon mustard
Instructions
1. Cook the bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels. Wash and slice all vegetables. 2. Lightly warm each tortilla in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds per side to make them pliable. 3. Spread mayonnaise or Greek yogurt on each tortilla. Layer lettuce, turkey, bacon, cheese, avocado, and tomato in the center. Season with salt and pepper. 4.
