Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese (or Greek yogurt) with honey and cinnamon until smooth.
 - Spread the mixture evenly over one half of the tortilla.
 - Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, then add blueberries.
 
Step 2: Assemble the Quesadilla
- Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.
 - Press down gently to keep everything together.
 
Step 3: Cook the Quesadilla
