Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt ½ cup sugar ½ cup milk 2 large eggs 4 tablespoons melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries Optional glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar + 1–2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. 3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. 4. Pour wet ingredients into dry and gently fold to combine. Fold in blueberries. 5. Spoon or pipe batter into prepared donut pan, filling each mold about ¾ full. 6. Bake 12–15 minutes, until donuts spring back lightly. Cool 5 minutes in pan, then transfer to rack. 7. Optional: Once cooled, drizzle with glaze or dust with powdered sugar before serving.
