- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk

- Optional Toppings: Chopped green onions, hash browns, crumbled bacon, jalapeños, or red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare crust: Flatten each biscuit slightly and press together on a greased baking sheet or pizza pan to form a large crust. Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden but not fully done.
- Cook sausage and make gravy: In a skillet, cook sausage until browned and crumbly. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute, then whisk in milk. Simmer until thickened; season with salt and pepper.
- Scramble eggs: In a separate pan, cook eggs until just set.
- Assemble pizza: Spread sausage gravy over the parbaked crust, top with scrambled eggs and shredded cheese.
- Bake: Return to oven for 10–12 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool and serve: Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
