Ingredients
6 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter spread, divided 10 ounces mini marshmallows (about 5 ½ cups) 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal 6–8 Biscoff cookies, crushed (optional, for garnish) Optional: melted white chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it. 2. In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter. Stir in ½ cup Biscoff spread until smooth. 3. Add mini marshmallows and stir constantly until melted and combined. 4. Remove from heat and quickly stir in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated. 5. Transfer mixture to prepared dish and press gently into an even layer. 6. Dollop or drizzle the remaining ½ cup Biscoff over the top. Garnish with crushed Biscoff cookies if desired. 7. Allow to cool for about 1 hour, then lift out, slice into squares, and serve.
