Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Pizza Dough

  1. In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, then mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
