Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mash Bananas: In a large bowl, mash bananas until mostly smooth.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Stir in nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Add oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix until evenly combined.
- Add Extras: Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
- Bake: Spread mixture evenly in pan. Bake 25–30 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
- Cool & Slice: Cool completely before slicing into bars.
