Smooth, rich, and incredibly easy—no eggs, no flour, no gelatin, just simple ingredients baked into a silky treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat recommended)
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or regular milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or ground cardamom (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange 2–4 ramekins inside a larger baking dish.
  2. Mix: In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, condensed milk, and cream until smooth. Add vanilla or cardamom if desired.
  3. Pour: Divide mixture evenly into ramekins.
  4. Water Bath: Carefully pour hot water into the large baking dish around the ramekins to form a water bath.
  5. Bake: Bake 25–30 minutes until set but slightly wobbly in the center.
  6. Chill: Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve: Top with fruit, nuts, honey, or granola.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
  • Avoid overbaking—remove when still slightly wobbly.
  • Always use a water bath for even cooking and no cracks.
  • For refined-sugar-free, replace condensed milk with honey or maple syrup.
  • Coconut yogurt + coconut milk makes a great dairy-free version.
