Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat recommended)
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or regular milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or ground cardamom (optional)
Optional Toppings:
- Chopped fruit
- Nuts
- Honey
- Granola
Instructions
- Preheat: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange 2–4 ramekins inside a larger baking dish.
- Mix: In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, condensed milk, and cream until smooth. Add vanilla or cardamom if desired.
- Pour: Divide mixture evenly into ramekins.
- Water Bath: Carefully pour hot water into the large baking dish around the ramekins to form a water bath.
- Bake: Bake 25–30 minutes until set but slightly wobbly in the center.
- Chill: Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Serve: Top with fruit, nuts, honey, or granola.
Notes
- Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
- Avoid overbaking—remove when still slightly wobbly.
- Always use a water bath for even cooking and no cracks.
- For refined-sugar-free, replace condensed milk with honey or maple syrup.
- Coconut yogurt + coconut milk makes a great dairy-free version.
