Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven
Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

Step 2: Wrap the mozzarella sticks
Take one frozen mozzarella stick and wrap it tightly in one slice of bacon. Begin at one end and spiral the bacon around until the cheese is fully enclosed. You can use a toothpick to secure the ends if necessary, though it often stays wrapped without one.

Step 3: Place on the baking sheet
Arrange all your wrapped sticks on the prepared baking sheet. If you have a wire rack, place it on top of the baking sheet and put the sticks on the rack to allow air to circulate underneath—this helps the bacon crisp evenly.

Step 4: Bake
