- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 8 oz (226g) cream cheese, softened
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella (optional for extra gooeyness)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions or chives (for garnish)
Optional Add-ins:
- Diced pickles
- Cherry tomatoes, chopped
- Jalapeños (for heat)
- Extra crumbled bacon for topping
Instructions
Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Season it up: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for 1 more minute.
- Add the cheeses: Reduce heat to low. Add the cream cheese and stir until fully melted and combined. Then mix in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella (if using) until melted and smooth.
- Add bacon and sour cream: Stir in the crumbled bacon and sour cream until the dip is creamy and heated through.
- Serve or bake: You can serve straight from the skillet or transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with more cheese, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes for a bubbly, browned top.
- Garnish & enjoy: Sprinkle chopped green onions or chives on top. Serve hot with chips, crackers, or even slider buns for scooping.
