Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Apple Mixture
- Peel, core, and finely dice two large apples into small pieces.

Step 2: Make the Batter
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
