  • 1 cup (250 g) ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Make the Alfredo Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in flour, then whisk in milk and cream until smooth. Simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened. Add Parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Remove from heat.
  2. Prepare the Chicken Mixture: Toss shredded chicken with half of the Alfredo sauce to coat evenly.
  3. Assemble the Lasagna: Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Add 3 noodles, half the chicken mixture, ricotta, and mozzarella. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles, sauce, and cheese.
  4. Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Rest and Serve: Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
