- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
For Serving:
- Fresh chopped parsley
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Prep Salmon: Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Make Garlic Butter: In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Season: Brush both sides of the salmon generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Air Fry: Place salmon in the air fryer basket, skin-side down if applicable. Air fry for 7–10 minutes, depending on thickness.
- Finish: Salmon is done when it flakes easily or reaches an internal temperature of 125–130°F.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
