  • For the Sriracha Mayo: 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce, 1 teaspoon lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the shrimp: Peel and devein the shrimp, then pat them dry with paper towels.
