Ingredients
1 jar of dill pickle chips or spears, drained and patted dry ½ cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon smoked paprika ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper 2 large eggs, beaten 1 cup panko breadcrumbs Optional: ranch or spicy dipping sauce for serving
Instructions
1. Drain and pat pickles dry with paper towels. 2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. In a second bowl, beat eggs. In a third bowl, add panko. 3. Dredge each pickle in seasoned flour, then egg, then panko. Place on a plate. 4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spray basket lightly with oil. 5. Arrange pickles in a single layer in the basket. Air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. 6. Serve hot with dipping sauce of choice.
Notes
• Use panko breadcrumbs for maximum crunch. • Dry pickles thoroughly before breading to avoid sogginess. • Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding the basket. • Spray breaded pickles lightly with oil to help browning.
