- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (any variety)
- 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
- 1 cup whipped topping or vanilla yogurt (optional for serving)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Open the biscuit can and cut each biscuit into quarters. This helps them distribute more evenly throughout the dish.
Step 3: In the baking dish, layer the biscuit pieces and pour the entire can of blueberry pie filling on top. Stir gently to coat the biscuits.
Step 4: Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the blueberry filling is bubbling through the cracks.
Step 5: Let cool slightly before serving. Top with a spoonful of whipped cream or yogurt if desired.
